Smart climate control for a new broiler house
Our dealer Aanstoot has successfully completed the total electrical and ventilation system for this newly built broiler house. At the heart of the project are the Fortica MAX PB and Fortica MAX FWS, integrated into a new Hotraco control panel, providing centralized and precise control of all house processes.
The installation includes a heat exchanger fully controlled by the Fortica system, helping optimize climate conditions while improving energy efficiency. The house is also equipped with our heating system, air inlet valves, end-wall ventilation, Hotraco animal weighing, and a range of sensors measuring temperature, CO₂, pressure, and relative humidity.
By connecting data from all systems and sensors into one platform, the Fortica control system transforms operational data into actionable insight. Poultry farmers gain continuous visibility into house performance, enabling more informed decision-making, and efficient controlling, monitoring and management of daily processes.
With real-time insights and precise climate control, the system helps create optimal conditions for animal welfare while supporting productive and efficient operations.
