Fortica MAX – CEC for centralized egg collection
Fortica MAX – CEC is the ideal solution for farms with multiple layer houses and centralized egg collection. This smart system automatically synchronizes egg belts across barns, ensuring a steady and consistent flow of eggs to the central packing point. It dynamically adjusts belt speeds based on real-time data, compensates for fluctuations in production, and minimizes waiting times. This reduces egg breakage, maximizes efficiency, and eliminates the need for manual coordination.
Fortica MAX – FWS for centralized feed management
Fortica MAX – FWS is designed for poultry farms using a centralized electronic feed weigher system to supply feed to multiple barns. The main feed weigher distributes feed through up to nine supply augers, each connected to a Fortica controller in the external houses. These controllers feature built-in feed distribution control, enabling precise coordination of feed type, quantity, and delivery timing per barn. Fortica MAX – FWS ensures that each house receives the right amount of feed at the right moment, automatically and efficiently.
